Yu Ming is licensed to carry out Type 1 (dealing in securities),Type 4 (advising on securities), Type 6 (advising on corporatefinance) and Type 9 (asset management) regulated activitiesunder the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571 ofthe Laws of Hong Kong) (the “SFO”). 5711469 Morton Securities is a securities dealer licensed to carryout Type 1 (dealing in securities) regulated activities underthe SFO.
