The Group recorded a loss of approximatelyHK$2,956,000 for the six months ended 30 June 2024 as comparedto the profit of approximately HK$537,000 for the six monthsended 30 June 2023. The turnaround from profit to loss is primarilyattributable to (i) a decrease in the Group’s revenue due to decreasein sales orders from the customers for low-voltage electrical powerdistribution and control devices; and (ii) an increase in administrativecosts due to increase in staff costs for the Hong Kong-basedemployees. 本集團產品涵蓋香港、澳門及中國內地的私人及公 共 商 業 樓 宇、政 府 設 施 及 醫 院。於 相 關 期 間，香 港 建 造 業 一 直 面 臨 人 力、質 量 及 工 人 安 全 問題，該等多項主要問題導致重大成本超支、貨物接收流程延誤及工地意外。 The group’s products cover commercial buildings, governmentfacilities and hospitals from both the private and public sectors inHong Kong, Macau and Mainland China.
