During the Current Period, theGroup continued to deepen its strengths and seek breakthroughs in the face ofa volatile global market and weak domestic demand. The Group quicklyadjusted its strategies against the adversity and improved its overall operatingefficiency by reducing operating costs and enhancing resource efficiency.Under the current macroeconomic uncertainties, the Group managed tomaintain a stable performance and achieved a net profit of RMB714 million,demonstrating an increase of RMB98 million or 15.9% compared with RMB616million for the Same Period of Previous Year. The gross profit margin of theGroup for the Current Period was 14.2%, representing an increase of 1.2percentage points as compared to 13.0% for the Same Period of Previous Year. The global economy is under a steady but slow recovery. With the energy crisiscaused by the ongoing Russia-Ukraine War, increased geopolitical conflictsand tensions, and the Federal Reserve’s continuous interest rate hike cycle,overall market sentiment
