The pandemic has ended with the withdrawal of all epidemicprevention policies locally and globally after three years. All sectorsof the society have high expectations for the development of thenew economy after the epidemic. However, the continuous tensionin international geopolitics and the global interest rate hike cyclehave brought heavy pressure on recovery of the local economic, andthe construction industry is even more burdened. Faced with sucha complex and ever-changing business environment, our Group stillrelies on the unity of all, the professional ability of electromechanicalproject management, to control project cost expenditure andcontinue to complete multiple large-scale engineering contracts. In terms of electromechanical engineering, our Group has alwaysbeen committed to strengthening cost control, improving qualitymanagement, and actively expanding business. During the Year,we continued to receive multiple large-scale electromechanicalengineering contracts, including multiple private residentialelectromechanical installation services. In addition, our Groupparticipated in multiple electromechanical engineering projectsof commercial buildings and government infrastructure projectsand the air conditioning system renovation projects of commercialbuildings, laying the foundation for the diversified developmentof the group’s electromechanical business. The amount of ourGroup’s unfinished contracts remains about 900 million Hong Kongdollars, which is
