RESULTS 截 至 二 零 二 三 年 十 二 月 三 十 一 日 止 年度，本 集 團 的 收 益 為 人 民 幣38,774.9百 萬元；虧 損 為 人 民 幣9,485.6百 萬 元；及 母公 司 擁 有 人 應 佔 虧 損 為 人 民 幣8,467.9百萬 元。董 事 會 不 建 議 派 發 截 至 二 零 二 三年十二月三十一日止年度的末期股息。 For the year ended 31 December 2023, the revenue of the Group wasRMB38,774.9 million; the loss was RMB9,485.6 million; and the lossattributable to owners of the parent was RMB8,467.9 million. The Boarddoes not recommend the payment of a final dividend for the year ended 31December 2023. MARKET AND BUSINESS REVIEW 繼2022年 後，2023年 依 然 對 房 地 產 來 說是 不 平 凡 的 一 年，經 濟 處 於 復 蘇 階 段，國 家 經 濟 經 歷 著 一 個 波 浪 式 發 展、 曲折 式 前 進 的 過 程，還 面 臨 著「有 效 需 求不 足、部 分 行 業 產 能 過 剩、社 會 預 期 偏弱、風 險 隱 患 仍 然 較 多，國 內 大 循 環 存在 堵 點，外 部 環 境 的 複 雜 性、嚴 峻 性、不 確 定 性 上 升」等 諸 多 困 難 和 挑 戰。居民 住 房 消 費 需 求 依 然 偏 弱， 購 房 意 願持 續 下 降，房 地 產 市 場 繼2022年 後，在2023年 依 然 普 遍 出 現 負 增 長，並 承 受 著巨大的經營和資金壓力。 The year of 2023 continued to be an extraordinary year for the real estateafter 2022. As the economy was in the recovery stage, the national economyunderwenta process of uneven development and tortuous progress.Moreover,it encountered various difficulties and challenges such asinsufficient effective demand, excess capacity in some industries, weaksocial expectations, numerous hidden risks, blockages in the domesticcirculation, and the rising complexity, severity and uncertainty of theexternal environment.
