POE29416.9%9329 The Group is principally engaged in the manufacturing and saleof POE umbrellas, nylon umbrellas and umbrella parts such asplastic cloth and shaft. During the year ended 31 December 2023,the Group’s revenue decreased to approximately RMB294 million,representing a decrease of approximately 16.9% in comparison tothat of 2022. For the year ended 31 December 2023, the Grouprecorded a loss for the year of approximately RMB93 million, ascompared with loss of approximately RMB29 million for the yearended 31 December 2022. The Directors do not recommend thepayment of final dividend for the year ended 31 December 2023. The revenue of the Group’s POE umbrellas products decreased byapproximately RMB24 million, or 28.9%, from approximately RMB83million for the year ended 31 December 2022 to approximatelyRMB59 million for the year ended 31 December 2023. Looking ahead, the Group will shift business focus from developingupstream manufacturing to downstream distribution network andbrand building so as to facilitate promotion of the Group’s brandedumbrellas which command higher margins and create higher valuesas well as bringing better return to our shareholders. To diversify itsbusiness and explore potential business opportunities, the Group isexploring and developing business opportunities and projects. The Group manufactures products at the productionsite located in Dongshi Town and Yonghe Town of Jin
