The Group is principally engaged as a manufacturer and supplierof low-voltage electrical power distribution and control devicesfor various types of private and public building projects includinginfrastructural, commercial and residential building projects in HongKong, Macau and Mainland China. 本集團主要以製造商及供應商的身份在香港、澳門 及 中 國 內 地 製 造 及 供 應 各 類 私 人 及 公 共 樓 宇項目（包括基建、商業及住宅樓宇項目）的低壓配電及電力控制裝置。 在COVID-19限制被解除的支持下，香港經濟於二零二三年度繼續走在復甦道路上，政府推出了各種支持私人消費及入境旅遊的措施。然而，不斷上升的利率、通貨膨脹及地緣政治緊張局勢加劇導致的金融狀況緊張，將繼續拖累商品出口及消費情緒。 The Hong Kong economy continued on the path of recovery inYear 2023, supported by COVID-19 restrictions were lifted, theGovernment has launched various support initiatives to privateconsumption and Inbound tourism. However, the rising interest rates,inflation and tight financial conditions led by increasing geopoliticaltensionswould continue to weigh on exports of goods andconsumption sentiments. 儘 管 面 臨 上 述 挑 戰 及 不 確 定 性，本 集 團 收 益 由截 至 二 零 二 二 年 十 二 月 三 十 一 日 止 年 度（「二 零二 二 年 度」）約219.3百 萬 港 元 減 少 約52.5百 萬港元至二零二三年度約166.8百萬港元。於二零二三年度，本集團錄得純利約7.0百萬港元，相比二零二二年度錄得純利約8.3百萬港元。 Despite the aforementioned challenges and uncertainties, and theGroup’s revenue decreased by approximately HK$52.5 million, fromapproximately HK$219.3 for the year ended 31 December 2022 (the“Year 2022”) to approximately HK$166.8 million for the Year 2023.The Group has recorded a net profit of approximately HK$7.0 millionfor the Year 2023 as compared with net profit of approximately ofHK$8.3 million for the Year 2022.
