公司簡介CORPORATEPROFILE公司簡介 百盛商業集團有限公司（「本公司」）為中華人民共和國（「中國」）全國性時尚生活的領先 零 售 營 運 商。百 盛 品 牌 於 九 十 年 代 初 進入 北 京 市 場，現 已 運 營 管 理 零 售 業 態 多 元化的組合，包括百貨店、購物廣場、城市奧特萊斯、「Parkson Beauty」概念店及超市。截 至 二 零 二 三 年 十 二 月 三 十 一 日，透 過 本公司附屬公司及聯營公司（下文統稱「本集團」），本集團在中國29個城市及老撾運營管理43家門店及2家百盛優客城市廣場。 Parkson Retail Group Limited(the “Company”) is a leadingnationwide lifestyle retail operator in the People’s Republic ofChina (“the PRC”). The Parkson brand was introduced to theBeijing market in the early 1990’s and has now operated andmanaged a diversified collection of retail formats, includingdepartment stores, shopping malls, city outlets, “ParksonBeauty”concept stores and supermarkets.
