CORPORATE PROFILE公司簡介 百盛商業集團有限公司（「本公司」）為中華人民共和國（「中國」）全國性時尚生活的領先零售營運商。百盛品牌於九十年代初進入北京市場，現已運營管理零售業態多元化的組合，包括百貨店、購物廣場、城市奧特萊斯、「ParksonBeauty」概念店及超市。截至二零二四年十二月三十一日，透過本公司附屬公司及聯營公司（下 文 統 稱「本 集 團」），本 集 團 在 中 國27個 城市及老撾運營管理43家門店及2家百盛優客城市廣場。 ParksonRetail Group Limited(the “Company”) is a leadingnationwide lifestyle retail operator in the People’s Republic ofChina (“the PRC”). The Parkson brand was introduced to the Beijingmarket in the early 1990’s and has now operated and managed adiversified collection of retail formats, including department stores,shopping malls, city outlets, “Parkson Beauty” concept stores andsupermarkets.
