The Energy Sector Management Assistance Program (ESMAP) has released a report titled "Unlocking the Energy Transition: Guidelines for Planning Solar-Plus-Storage Projects." The report provides guidelines for planning and implementing solar-plus-storage projects in low- and middle-income countries to accelerate the energy transition and achieve Sustainable Development Goal 7. The report is a product of the World Bank Group and was written by Amit Jain, Talal Kanaan, and Luiz Maurer. The findings, interpretations, and conclusions expressed in the report do not necessarily reflect the views of the World Bank or its Board of Executive Directors.
