During the reporting period, revenuewas RMB353.8 million which was in line with the first half of2022 but net profit decreased by 10.2% to RMB5.7 million on ayear-on-year basis. The fall in net profit was mainly caused by i)the decline in gross margin resulted in a decrease in gross profit;ii) the losses incurred in our associate in the People’s Republicof China (the “PRC”) which was in the process of ramping up itsproduction capacity; and iii) the increase in income tax expensesled by a decrease in deferred income tax credits. 本 公 司 董 事 會（「董 事 會」）並 不 建 議 就 報告 期 間 派 付 任 何 中 期 股 息。 The board of directors of the company (the “Board”) does notrecommend any payment of interim dividend for the reportingperiod. 存 貨 以 及 營 業 及 租 賃 應 收 賬 項 Inventory and Trade and Lease Receivables 於 二 零 二 三 年 六 月 三 十 日，存 貨 約 為 人民 幣1 3 7 . 2百 萬 元（二 零 二 二 年 十 二 月三 十 一 日：人 民 幣148.6百 萬 元），存 貨主 要 為 待 交 付 予 客 戶 的 項 目 相 關 硬 件 及軟 件 產 品，以 及 智 慧 辦 公 設 備 業 務 的 製成 品。相 較 二 零 二 二 年 全 年，報 告 期 間的 存 貨 週 轉 由67天 增 加 至85天，主 要 因為 現 時 經 濟 疲 弱 的 情 況 下 銷 售 放 緩。 As at 30 June 2023, there was approximately RMB137.2 millionin inventory (31 December 2022: RMB148.6 million) and theyareprimarily project-related hardware and software productspending to be delivered to our customers and finished goodsforsmart office equipment business.Inventory turnover forthereporting period increased to 85 days from 67 days ascompared to the full year of 2022 mainly because of the slowingsales under the current weak economy. 於 二 零 二 三 年 六 月 三 十 日，營 業 及 租 賃應 收 賬 項 約 為 人 民 幣188.6百 萬 元（二 零二 二 年 十 二 月 三 十 一 日 ： 人 民 幣2 2 0 . 3百 萬 元），包 括 流 動 及 非 流 動 結 餘 分 別 為人 民 幣184.4百 萬 元（二 零 二 二 年 十 二 月三 十 一 日：人 民 幣215.4百 萬 元）及 人 民幣4.2百 萬 元（二 零 二 二 年 十 二 月 三 十 一日：人 民 幣4.9百 萬 元）。此 乃 主 要 因 為 我們 將 若 干 項 目 包 裝 為 融 資 租 賃 的 模 式，客 戶 可 於 特 定 年 期 內 分 期 付 款。報 告 期間 的 營 業 及 租 賃 應 收 賬 項 週 轉 由 二 零二 二 年 全 年 的9 1天 增 加 至1 0 4天，僅 由於 收 入 的 變 動 幅 度 遠 高 於 平 均 營 業 及 租賃 應 收 賬 項 結 餘 的 變 動 幅 度。 Asat 30 June 2023,there were approximately RMB188.6millionin trade and lease receivables(31 December 2022:RMB220.3 million) which consisted of current and non-currentbalances of RMB184.4 million (31 December 2022: RMB215.4million)and RMB4.2 million(31
