The loss was mainlycausedby the decrease in the fair value of one of our keyinvestments. If the fair value change on financial assets at fairvalue through profit or loss was stripped, the adjusted net profitofthe group was approximately RMB5.9 million during thereporting period which was in line with that of the first half of2023. 本 集 團 主 要 從 事 數 字 工 業 及 數 字 生 活 業務。於 報 告 期 內，收 入 同 比 下 降2 6 . 8 %至 人 民 幣258.9百 萬 元，淨 虧 損 為 人 民 幣16.2百 萬 元，而 二 零 二 三 年 上 半 年 淨 利潤 為 人 民 幣5.7百 萬 元。虧 損 主 要 由 於 我們 的 一 項 主 要 投 資 的 公 平 值 下 降。倘 剔除 按 公 平 值 計 入 損 益 之 金 融 資 產 的 公 平值 變 動，於 報 告 期 內 本 集 團 經 調 整 淨 利潤 約 為 人 民 幣5.9百 萬 元，與 二 零 二 三 年上 半 年 相 若。 The board of directors of the company (the “Board”) does notrecommend any payment of interim dividend for the reportingperiod. 本 公 司 董 事 會（「董 事 會」）並 不 建 議 就 報告 期 間 派 付 任 何 中 期 股 息。 存 貨 以 及 營 業 及 租 賃 應 收 賬 項 Inventory and Trade and Lease Receivables 於 二 零 二 四 年 六 月 三 十 日，存 貨 約 為人 民 幣7 3 . 6百 萬 元（二 零 二 三 年 十 二 月三 十 一 日：人 民 幣82.7百 萬 元），存 貨 主要 為 待 交 付 予 客 戶 的 項 目 相 關 硬 件 及 軟件 產 品，以 及 數 字 生 活 業 務 的 製 成 品。相 較 二 零 二 三 年 全 年，本 報 告 期 間 的 存貨 週 轉 由73天 降 至68天，主 要 由 於 在 當前 經 濟 下 行 週 期 下，我 們 密 切 監 控 存 貨水 平。 As at 30 June 2024, there was approximately RMB73.6 millionininventory(31 December 2023:RMB82.7 million)and theyareprimarily project-related hardware and software productspending to be delivered to our customers and finished goods fordigital life business. Inventory turnover for the reporting perioddecreased to 68 days from 73 days as compared to the full yearof 2023 mainly because we monitored our inventory level closelyunder the current economic downcycle. 於 二 零 二 四 年 六 月 三 十 日，營 業 及 租 賃應 收 賬 項 約 為 人 民 幣180.5百 萬 元（二 零二 三 年 十 二 月 三 十 一 日 ： 人 民 幣2 0 5 . 3百 萬 元），其 中 流 動 及 非 流 動 結 餘 分 別 為人 民 幣177.6百 萬 元（二 零 二 三 年 十 二 月三 十 一 日：人 民 幣201.7百 萬 元）及 人 民幣3.0百 萬 元（二 零 二 三 年 十 二 月 三 十 一日：人 民 幣3.6百 萬 元）。這 主 要 由 於 我 們的 部 分 項 目 採 用 融 資 租 賃 結 構，客 戶 有資 格 在 特 定 年 限 內 定 期 分 期 付 款。與 二零 二 三 年 全 年 相 比，報 告 期 內 的 營 業 及租 賃 應 收 賬 項 周 轉 天 數 由115天 增 加 至1 3 6天，這 主 要 是 由 於 收 入 減 少 的 幅 度遠 高 於 營 業 及 租 賃 應 收 賬 項 平 均 結 餘 下降 的 幅 度。 Asat 30 June 2024,there were approximately RMB180.5millionin trade and lease receivables(31 December 2023:RMB205.3 million) which consisted of current and non-currentbalances of RMB177.6 million (31 December 2023: RMB201.7million)and RMB3.0 million(31 December 2023:RMB3.6million) respectively.
