With thebrand mission of “To illuminate the world using sustainable, innovative,andbeautifully-designed LED lighting solutions”and by focusing onour customers and their environment, we have been actively expandingproductsin the LED lighting related fields to improve the life qualityof consumers, to realise the vision of sustainable development and tobuilda smarter,more environmental-friendly and more technologicalliving space. During the Period under Review, affected by a number ofunfavorable factors such as the weak global economy and still high rawmaterial prices, the Group recorded sales revenue of US$119,034,000,representing a decrease of 25.8% as compared with the CorrespondingPeriod; and gross profit of US$32,690,000, representing a decrease of12.8% as compared with the Corresponding Period.
