For the six months ended 30 June 2023, the Group recorded an unaudited profit attributable to shareholders of the Company (the “Shareholders”) of HK$115.52 million, decreased by 51.8% when compared to the corresponding period in 2022, mainly due to (i) the decrease in share of results of Xiamen International Bank Co., Ltd. (“XIB”) for the six months ended 30 June 2023 as compared to the corresponding period in 2022 due to the combined effects of the decrease in the profit attributable to shareholders of XIB and the d
