The Company focuses on theGuangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (the“Greater Bay Area”)and situates its headquarters in the Greater Bay Area, regarding theGreater Bay Area as a highland with a strategic value to develop residentialand urban renewal projects. 20192020 Guided by the development strategies of the Greater Bay Area, theCompany carried out strategic restructuring in 2019 by bringing instrategic shareholders, coordinating the sharing of the strong financialresources of these new strategic shareholders, providing a diverse rangeof industrial resources as well as for their operating experience to assistthe Company with its innovative development and industrial upgrade.In 2020, the Company strategically upgraded into a“new ecologicalindustrial city service provider”based on the corporate gene of“drivingurban prosperity with industrial development”. In order to better servethe national strategy of the Greater Bay Area, the Company developedthe new“YOUNGO”brand based on the original brand of Hydoo for tradecentre business, implemented dual-brand operation and also changedname to Guangdong – Hong Kong Greater Bay Area Holdings Limited.
