Comparative figures have been retrospectivelyadjusted on the assumption that the above share consolidation hadbeen effective in prior year. The Group incurred a loss for the year attributableto owners of the Company amounting to approximatelyHK$22,802,000 which increased by approximately HK$2,792,000or 13.95% when compared with the loss of approximatelyHK$20,010,000 incurred in last year. The increased in the loss forthe year was mainly attributable to the decrease in net of reversal ofimpairment losses under the expected credit loss model during theyear under review. The net asset value per share of the Group as at31 March 2023 amounted to HK$0.759 (2022: restated as HK$0.980).The Board has decided not to declare a final dividen
