The Company is organized into three operating and reportable segments: the Power SolutionsGroup ("PSG"), the Analog and Mixed-Signal Group ("AMG"), and the Intelligent Sensing Group ("ISG").TM The Company's fiscal calendar year begins on January 1 and ends on December 31, with each fiscal quarter containing a thirteen-weekaccounting period. The quarters ended July3, 2026 and July4, 2025 each contained 91 days. The six months ended July3, 2026 andJuly4, 2025 contained 184 days and 185 days, respectively. The accompanying unaudited financial statements as of and for the quarter and six months ended July3, 2026 have been preparedfollowing generally accepted accounting principles in the United States of America ("GAAP") for interim financial reporting and therules and regulations of the SEC for interim reporting. Accordingly, the unaudited financial statements do not include all of theinformation and footnotes required by GAAP for audited financial statements.
