FINANCIAL RESULTS 30.98831.0014,1603,55017%8,4307,2308.7%7.7%32.0827.43 Revenue of the Group for the year ended 31 March 2026remained steady at HK$3,098.8 million (2025: HK$3,100.1million). Profit attributable to equity shareholders amounted toHK$41.6 million, a rise of 17% against last year’s HK$35.5 million.Operating profit for the year was HK$84.3 million, as againstHK$72.3 million in 2025, while the gross profit margin was 8.7%(2025: 7.7%). Basic earnings per share were HK32.08 cents (2025:HK27.43 cents). DIVIDEND 25.017.05.05.030.022.094% The Board recommends to pay a final dividend of HK25.0 cents(2025: HK17.0 cents) per share for the year ended 31 March2026. Together with the interim dividend of HK5.0 cents (2025:HK5.0 cents) per share paid during the year, the total dividendfor the year ended 31 March 2026 amounts to HK30.0 cents(2025: HK22.0 cents) per share, representing a total distributionof approximately 94% of the Group’s profit for the year. Theproposed final dividend will be paid on or before Tuesday, 6October 2026 to shareholders whose names appear on theRegister of Members of the Company at the close of business onTuesday, 15 September 2026. BUSINESS REVIEW Operating environment 經營環境 17% Across the year, the Hong Kong fast food market performedsteadily. With consumer behaviour starting to normalise, Fairwoodhas accordingly moved on to an agile business model thathas enabled us to navigate changing market conditions moreeffectively. Stable revenue has been achieved during the year, areflection of the gradually stabilising Hong Kong F&B market. TheGroup has nevertheless achieved a strong 17% increase in netprofit, as our efforts to bed in an efficient and sustainable coststructure for its operations reached fruition.
