The global environmentcontinues to remain difficult, marked by economic uncertainty, shifting tradedynamics, and persistent challenges that have tested businesses across everysector. Within this complex landscape, the consumption market in the People’sRepublic of China (“PRC”) has remained stagnant, showing only slow andincremental recovery. These headwinds have not spared any of our operatingregions – Hong Kong, the Chinese Mainland, Macau, and Malaysia – each facingits own unique challenges that demand resilience, adaptability, and unwaveringcommitment. 2023 Yet, despite these formidable obstacles, I am pleased to report that wehave achieved a meaningful turnaround. After years of dedicated businesstransformation since 2023, we have seen the worst of our business challenges,and now, we are beginning to see the light at the end of the tunnel.
