Against thisdifficult backdrop, many developers have slowed the pace of projectdevelopment. The Group remains committed to and actively engagedin seeking new development opportunities. For instance, the Group hasentered into a framework agreement in respect of a robotics elderly caredemonstration park project in Haiyong Town, Chongming Island, whichcombines the Group’s traditional real estate business with its roboticsbusiness. The Company officially changed its name to“Hong Kong RoboticsGroup Holding Limited”in May 2025.
