On December 13, 2024, Alpha Modus Holdings, Inc.(the “Company,” “we,” “us,” and “our,” or “Alpha Modus”), a Delaware corporation then known as “Insight Acquisition Corp.” andwhich was then a blank check company, acquired Alpha Modus, Corp. in the business combination described below, and changed itsname to “Alpha Modus Holdings, Inc.” Following the business combination, the Company’s operations became those of Alpha Modus,Corp.
