The Company isan investment company pursuant to Chapter 21 of the RulesGoverning the Listing of Securities of The Stock Exchange of HongKong Limited (the “Listing Rules”). 本人謹代表董事會（「董事會」）欣然提呈中國鑄晨81金融有限公司（「本公司」）及其附屬公司（統稱「本集團」）截至二零二五年十二月三十一日止年度之年度報告。本公司為一間根據香港聯合交易所有限公司證券上市規則（「上市規則」）第二十一章所指之投資公司。 DIVIDEND The Board does not recommend the payment of a final dividendfor the year ended 31 December 2025 (2024: Nil). 董事會不建議就截至二零二五年十二月三十一日止年度派付末期股息（二零二四年：無）。 KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATOR As at 31 December 2025, our net asset value amounted toapproximately HK$28.6 million and decreased by approximatelyHK$3.3 million, as compared to that of last year. During the year,the Group suffered an operational loss of approximately HK$6.9million (2024: HK$21.6 million). 於二零二五年十二月三十一日，我們的資產淨值約 為28,600,000港 元，較 去 年 減 少 約3,300,000港 元。年 內，本 集 團 蒙 受 營 運 虧 損 約6,900,000港元（二零二四年：21,600,000港元）。 INVESTMENT PORTFOLIO COMPOSITION As at 31 December 2025, the Group’s portfolio value increased byapproximately HK$0.3 million and amounted to approximatelyH K $20.4 m i l l i o n . O u r p o r t f o l i o c o m p r i s e d a m i x o f H o n gKong-listed equities which were classified as financial assets at fairvalue through profit or loss.
