As part of theCoach Educators’Development Pathway, we deliveredmentoring to more than 300 coacheducators, 280 of whom received their FIFACoach Educator Diploma after successfullycompleting the assessment practice. We To date, 193 Member Associations (MAs)have signed up for theTalent DevelopmentScheme(TDS). Each one has submitteddedicated talent projects to improve thetalent pathway in their country and supporta long-term strategic plan. As promised,we have continued to roll outFIFA TalentAcademies, and to date over 45 have beensuccessfully launched with representation Aspirations for 2026 It remains our top priority to give every talent achance and, through the TDS, to support all MAsin reaching their full potential. The roll-out of upto 75 FIFA Talent Academies by 2027 remains a key of female coach educators on the pathway.
