The Board recommends the payment of a dividend ofHK3.6 cents per share for the year ended 31 December2025 (2024: HK9.0 cents). Subject to the approval of theshareholders of the Company at the forthcoming annualgeneral meeting, the dividend will be distributed on orbefore 31 July 2026. 董事會建議就截至2025年12月31日止年度派付每股3.6港仙（2024年：9.0港仙）股息。待本公司股東於應屆股東週年大會上批准後，股息將於2026年7月31日或之前分派。 2025年 本 集 團 在 鞏 固 現 有 智 能 卡 及 安 全 芯 片 市場份額的同時，積極開拓安全主控芯片和安全SE芯片市場，在安全主控芯片上實現突破，同時，抓住國內市場開放eSIM商用試點的契機，本集團在eSIM安全SE產品線及解決方案領域取得營銷成效。展望2026年，預期全球智能卡及安全芯片市場需求將保持平穩。國內行業競爭保持激烈化，AI技術快速發展將帶來集成電路供應鏈產能需求增加，相關產業鏈環節成本增加趨勢明顯。另一方面，受數字身份及數字支付應用的發展，智能化設備安全需求日益提升，以及隨著eSIM政策的逐步放開，eSIM應用將加速實施和規模化，未來安全主控芯片和安全SE芯片的應用領域將不斷拓寬，這將給本集團帶來增長機遇。本集團將緊密跟蹤國內外市場需求、把握市場契機，加大力度拓展潛在市場渠道，動態調整生產及銷售策略，以更豐富、更具競爭力的產品來更好地滿足客戶需求。 In 2025, while consolidating the existing market share insmart cards and secure element chips, the Group activelyexpanded into the markets for security microcontrolleru n i tc h i p s a n d s e c u r i t y S E c h i p s ,a c h i e v i n g abreakthrough in security microcontroller unit chips.
