Chairman’s Statement主席報告 董事會建議就截至2024年12月31日止年度派付每股9.0港仙（2023年：10.5港仙）股息。待本公司股東於應屆股東週年大會上批准後，股息將於2025年7月31日或之前分派。 The Board recommends the payment of a dividend ofHK9.0 cents per share for the year ended 31 December2024 (2023: HK10.5 cents). Subject to the approval ofthe shareholders of the Company at the forthcomingannual general meeting, the dividend will be distributedon or before 31 July 2025. 展望未來，全球宏觀經濟依然疲弱，智能卡需求將持續處於下行週期中。隨著國內新芯片公司加入競爭，行業競爭將日趨劇烈化，智能卡芯片產品銷售價格將呈現繼續下跌的趨勢，將對本集團的經營帶來挑戰。另一方面，隨著各行業對信息安全的要求不斷加強，智能化設備的安全需求不斷增加，未來安全SE芯片和安全主控芯片的應用領 域 將 越 來 越 廣 泛，這 將 給 本 集 團 帶 來 新 的 市場機遇。在挑戰及機遇並存的情況下，本集團將緊密跟蹤國內外市場應用趨勢變化，加大力度拓展潛在市場，動態調整生產及銷售策略，以更豐富、更具競爭力的產品來更好地滿足客戶需求。 Looking ahead, the global macroeconomic environmentwill remain weak and the demand for smart cards willcontinue to be in a downward cycle. With the entryofnew domestic smart card chips companies intocompetition, the competition in the industry will becomeincreasingly intense and the selling price of smart cardchip products will continue to show a downward trend,which will pose challenges to the Group’s operations.On the other hand, as information security requirementsinvarious industries continue to increase,and thedemand for security in intelligent devices continue torise, the range of application of security SE chips andsecurity microcontroller unit chips will become moreand more extensive in the future, which will bring newmarket opportunities for the Group. With challengesandopportunities coexisting,the Group will closelymonitor application trend changes in both domesticand international markets, intensify efforts to expandpotential markets, and dynamically adjust
