The condensed consolidated interim financial statementshave been prepared under the historical cost conventionas modified by the revaluation of investment propertieswhich are carried at fair value. 簡 明 綜 合 中 期 財 務 報 表 是 按 歷 史 成 本 常規法編製，並就投資物業（按公允值列賬）的重估而作出修訂。 2主要會計政
