TheoverallpurposeoftheeventwastoexaminehowartificialintelligencecansupportinclusiveeducationacrosstheCARECregion,toreviewglobalandregionalpractices,tostrengthenprofessionalcapacityamongfacultyanddoctoralstudents,andtodevelopapreliminaryroadmapforcoordinatedregionalaction.Theprogramwasstructuredtoofferacademicdiscussions,practicalworkshops,policydialogueandculturalexchange.Theeventwasdividedintofourconsecutivedays,eachwithaspecificfocus: 1.Scientificseminarfordoctoralstudentsandyoungresearchers2.Mainconferencedaywithexpertpresentationsandpolicydiscussion3.Workshopseminarwithinternationalexpertsandgroupwork4.AcademicvisittoTurkestanandculturalprogram Thetotalnumberofparticipantsreachedupto300.Thisincludeduniversityleadership,facultymembers,andstudentsfromhighereducationinstitutionsacrosstheCARECregion;international experts from the USA and Europe;national experts in artificialintelligenceand inclusive education;representatives of major Kazakhstani EdTechcompanies;faculty members and students of Zhanibekov University;and mediarepresentatives.Inaddition,upto100participantsjoinedtheeventonline,primarilyfromuniversities in Kazakhstan,with several participants from higher educationinstitutionsacrosstheCARECregion. 2.DayOneScientific Seminar for Young Researchers21 October 2025 Thefirstdaywasdedicatedtoanindepthscientificseminaraimedatdoctoralstudentsandyoungresearchers.Thepurposeofthisdaywastointroduceparticipantstocurrentdevelopmentsinprogrammingeducation,theuse ofartificialintelligenceinlearningenvironmentsandmodernteachingecosystems.Theseminar was conducted by Professor Petr Saloun from Palac
