We have laid the foundation; theopportunity ahead is to leverage our combined capability toaccelerate growth, deepen customer relationships, and deliversustained value creation. Our trajectory has never been stronger. Integration — A Journey with Momentum When JBT and Marel combined in January 2025, we movedquickly to execute our well-designed integration playbook,realizing meaningful synergies and embedding operationalexcellence across the organization. We started with aligningour organization and go-to-market strategy to mirror how ourcustomers make decisions. This customer-centric approachenables the purposeful cross-selling across our productportfolios and allows us to deliver more comprehensive solutions. Advancing with Purpose and Integrity For our customers, partnering with one preferred vendor withexpertise and insights across the entire value chain providestangible bene ts, developing a partnership approach to buildtrust and capture network bene ts throughout the entirecustomer life cycle. We deliver continuous improvement to ourcustomers through e‹cient installation, responsive ongoingsupport, and enhanced system performance that drives greateroperational e‹ciencies and uptime. Second, through disciplinedcommercial execution, we are positioning ourselves to realizeour full market potential by cross-selling the full breadth of theJBT Marel technology across our broad customer base. Third,our customer value proposition delivers a comprehensive setof integrated solutions to meet evolving customer needs whileaccelerating innovation leadership. Fourth, our operationaldistinctiveness—grounded in global manufacturing and supplychain excellence—di…erentiates us. This strategy is powered byindustry-advancing innovation, our talented organization, anddecades of accumulated process expertise. The changes inherent in any business combination of this scalehave been signi cant, yet our people have risen to the challenge.We are seƒling into our new global reach and building on ourlegacy strengths. We set a target at deal closing of $150 millionin annual cost synergies as we exit 2027, and $75 million ofcumulative revenue synergies through 2027. Our teams haveexecuted exceptionally well against these targets, achievingmore than $40 million of in-year realized cost savings in 2025.This was driven by streamlining and simplifying the organization,eliminating duplicative third-party costs, and consolidating oursupplier and logistics spend. Additionally, we focused on furthering a culture of continuousimprovement by enhanced daily management, root-cause problem solving,deep employee engagement, and standardized decision-making toolsand processes, all with the intent of creating a sustainable competitiveadvantage in the markets we serve. Full Year 2025 Results Of Total RevenueRECURRING REVENUE50— We experienced commercial wins as we implemented our customer-centric organization design along with our uni ed marketing and branding.We captured $30 million in synergistic orders in 2025 that are expected toconvert to revenue in 2026. Executing Our Ne
