Themonitoring relies on data obtained from the private sector and third parties as well as open-source dataand news that was analyzed and cross-checked as part of the monitoring work. Where news reports arereferenced, additional efforts were made during the monitoring process to triangulate reports fromseveral reputed news media sources to ensure veracity of information presented.
