DearFellow Investors, At the start of 2025, I laid out our goals forthe coming months: (1) consistent fulfillmentof our financial commitments; (2) continuedachievement of major construction milestonesfor our offshore energy project, CoastalVirginia Offshore Wind (CVOW); and (3)achievement of constructive regulatoryoutcomes that demonstrate our ability towork cooperatively with regulators andstakeholders to deliver results that benefitboth customers and shareholders. Guided by our corevalues of safety, ethics, excellence, embrace change, and One DominionEnergy (our term for teamwork), we also built on the progress made inprevious years, positioning the company for continued success in theyears to come. When it comes to safety, 2025 should have been a year for celebration.We set a new record with a 0.26 OSHA recordable injury rate. Yet in March2025, we experienced a profound loss with the passing of our colleagueGerald “Ryan” Barwick at a power generation facility in South Carolina.The best way we can honor his memory is to drive our injury rate to zero. In 2025, the company reported $3.45per share in earnings under Generally Accepted Accounting Principles(GAAP). Operating earnings came in at $3.42 per share, up 23% from theprevious year.* Dominion Energy paid $2.67 per share in dividends oncommon stock, and we remain committed to that annual amount, subjectto quarterly determination and declaration by the Board of Directors, untilour payout ratio is more in line with that of our peers. In 2025, aninvestment in Dominion Energy common stock produced a totalshareholder return of 13.9%. Summer nuclearpower station, allowingit to operate until 2062. Project Execution Dominion Energy’s core value of excellence drives our approach to the executionof projects large and small. Nothing illustrates this better than CVOW, a 2.6 GWgenerating project that will be able to power up to 660,000 homes and businesseswhen completed, expected in early 2027. As of late February, we had installed all176 monopile foundations and 126 of 176 transition pieces, which connect themonopiles to the turbine towers. Installation of wind turbines has begun andcontinues while litigation of a federal stop-work order proceeds. We also haveinstalled all three offshore substations and completed installation of the deepwateroffshore export cables. CVOW is expected to deliver its first electrons by the latterpart of the first quarter. Charybdis, the nation’s first Jones Act-compliant offshore wind turbineinstallation vessel, is based at Virginia’s Portsmouth MarineTerminal supportingCVOW construction.
