CLOSING PROVISIONS Article 47:Special circumstancesArticle 48:Matters not provided forArticle 49:LanguagesArticle 50:CopyrightArticle 51:No waiver ANNEXE A RULE 50, BYE-LAW TO RULE 50 AND RULE 51OF THE OLYMPIC CHARTER General ARTICLE1:YOUTH OLYMPIC FUTSAL TOURNAMENTS 1.1The Youth Olympic Futsal Tournaments are FIFA events embodied in the FIFA 1.2The Youth Olympic Futsal Tournaments take place every four years in conjunction 1.3As a general rule, associations affiliated to FIFA may participate in the YouthOlympic Futsal Tournaments provided there is a National Olympic Committee(hereinafter “NOC”) in their respective country that is already recognised or about 1.4The Youth Olympic Futsal Tournaments Dakar 2026 shall feature a men’s and awomen’s futsal tournament, which are scheduled to be played between 31October 1.5The Youth Olympic Futsal Tournaments Dakar 2026 consist of a final competitionfor men and a final competition for women. All entries for participation will bemanaged directly by the IOC in collaboration with NOCs, International Federations 1.6The Regulations for the Youth Olympic Futsal Tournaments Dakar 2026(hereinafter the “Regulations”) regulate the rights, duties and responsibilities ofall associations taking part in the Youth Olympic Futsal Tournaments Dakar 2026.The Regulations and all guidelines and circulars issued by FIFA are binding for all 1.7Any rights that are not ceded by these Regulations to Dakar 2026 (cf.art.3) orany Participating Member Association (cf.art.4) or to a confederation shall remainwith the IOC and/or FIFA, as the case may be. 1.8The FIFA Statutes and all FIFA regulations in force shall apply to and be binding onall parties participating and involved in the preparation, organisation and hostingof the Youth Olympic Futsal Tournaments Dakar 2026 (hereinafter the “YOFTs”). 1.9Other rules and/or decisions that are directly binding on FIFA (e.g. the WorldAnti-Doping Code and the Olympic Charter) may apply to the subject matter ofthese Regulations. Any such rules and/or decisions implemented by FIFA shall ARTICLE2:FIFA ORGANISING BODY 2.1The FIFA Council or the standing committee appointed by the FIFA Councilis responsible for organising the YOFTs in cooperation with the IOC and inaccordance with these Regulations, the FIFA Statutes, the FIFA Governance 2.2The FIFA Council, the Bureau of the Council or the standing committee may,if necessary, appoint a sub-committee to deal with unforeseen matters thatrequire an immediate decision. Anydecision taken by the Bureau of the Council, 2.3The FIFA Council or the standing committee shall deal with any aspect ofthe YOFTs that is not the responsibility of any other body under the terms of 2.4The decisions taken by the FIFA Council or the standing committee and/orits sub-commi
