MANAGEMENT DISCUSSION AND ANALYSIS畚杼㷼鋁鑝⹖⮇冫 哅端 Results As a result of the Group’s dedication to developing the globalfinancial markets business segment, the Group’s total revenueincreased by 37.3% to HK$729.9 million (2024: HK$531.6 million)during the Year. Net impairment allowances for margin loans,other loans and advances (“Impairment Allowances”) decreasedsignificantly to HK$43.2 million (2024: HK$158.9 million), hencetheGroup’s net profit increased to HK$146.9 million(2024:HK$66.4 million).
