BUSINESS REVIEW The Group is a well-established integrated building and homeimprovement materials and furnishings supplier and interiordesign and building engineering services provider in the PRC.The Group is mainly engaged in the provision of interior designand building engineering services and the sale and distributionof merchandise. During 1H2025, the management team of the Group focusedon the provision of interior design and building engineeringservices and devoted less resources on sale and distribution ofmerchandise with lower gross profit margins. Therefore,although the revenue of the Group decreased in 1H2025, thegross profit margin of the Group increased in 1H2025.
