During the six months ended 30 September 2025(the “Reporting Period”), China’s macroeconomicconditions remained subdued with persistentstructural adjustments and volatile interest rateexpectations, thereby intensifying pressure on ther e a l e s t a t e s e c t o r . A s a r e s u l t , t h e p r o p e r t ymanagement industry, which is closely linked to thereal estate market, continued to face a challengingoperating landscape. Despite these challenges, the Group remainedfocused on its core competencies in propertymanagement and demonstrated resilience throughdisciplined cost control, operational streamlining,and selective project expansion. While the pace ofnew project expansion moderated due to cautioussentiment among developers and increased marketcompetition among existing projects, the Groupmaintained a stable managed gross floor area(“GFA”) portfolio as our emphasis on service qualityand customer retention mitigated the impact ofreduced new business opportunities. During the Reporting Period, the Group recorded amodest decrease in revenue, primarily due to theadjustment of value-added services from product-oriented services to service-based value-addedservices. In light ofthe continued downturn in China’s real estate sectorand intensifying market competition, the Group hasadopted a more prudent strategic approach toprioritize the maintenance and optimization ofe x i s t i n g p r o j e c t s .
