The revenue of the printing business recorded a decrease toapproximately HK$61 million (2024: HK$67 million) for the period,resulting from the soft demand of printed products caused by risingprotectionism and policy uncertainty during the period. Also, therevenue contributed by the sales of completed residential units andcarparks in respect of the property development project in Zigong City,Sichuan Province, the People’s Republic of China (the“PRC”)decreased to approximately HK$0.1 million when compared withrevenue of approximately HK$31 million for the last correspondingperiod. 因 此，本 集 團 毛 利 較 去 年 同 期 減 少19%至 約1,700萬 港 元（二 零 二 四 年：2,100萬 港 元）。本集 團 綜 合 收 入 的 毛 利 率 上 升 至26%（二 零 二 四年：20%），此乃由於物業發展業務的銷售已完工物業錄得較高的毛利率。 Consequently, the Group’s gross profit decreased by 19% from thelast corresponding period to approximately HK$17 million (2024:HK$21 million).
