(the “Company”), a Delaware corporation, is one of the industry’s largest intellectual property (“IP”) licensingplatforms, with a diverse portfolio of media and semiconductor IP consisting of more than13,000patents and patent applicationsworldwide. The accompanying interim unaudited Condensed Consolidated Financial Statements have been prepared by the Company inaccordance with generally accepted accounting principles (“GAAP”) in the United States (“U.S.”) and the applicable rules andregulations of the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) for interim financial information. The amounts as of December31, 2024 have been derived from the Company’s annual audited Consolidated Financial Statements included in its Annual Reporton Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2024, filed on February 19, 2025 (the “Form 10-K”).
