During 2025, the global energy and technology landscapes are undergoingrapidtransformation, driven by the imperatives of decarbonization, digitalization, and escalating energy demands from AI and electrification. TheGroup’s business covers three pivotal sectors: Hydrogen, Data Centre, andRenewable Energy. 2025 Hydrogen is emerging as a cornerstone for hard-to-abate energy greensectors. With the Oxyhydrogen Gas produced at significantly lower coststhrough cold nuclear fusion technology developed by the Group’s scientists, combinedwith the recent advancements in production technology, weare set to unlock a substantial market for this green energy source . Ourmanagement is confident that this business will generate a significant streamof revenue for the Group in the years ahead. This project will progressivelyscale up production, becoming self-sustaining through its receipt-in-advancebusiness model. However, if the Company wishes to facilitate a large-scaleand rapid expansion of this business, we will need to secure additionalfunding. 2,5002,000 TheGroup has strategically allocated approximately RMB25 million tosupport the initial capital-intensive phase of the Oxyhydrogen Project, thecornerstone of its Green Energy Business in the PRC. Additionally, the Grouphas earmarked approximately HK$20 million as working capital to bolster itsRenewable Energy Business operations in Hong Kong and Vietnam. Prior tothe deployment of these reserves, the Group has leveraged its idle cash togenerate interest income significantly exceeding traditional bank deposit ratesby extending loans to carefully selected, reliable borrowers who approachedthe Group’s management at various intervals. As these projects progressthrough their respective stages of development, the Group will redeploy thefunds received from loan repayments to fuel the growth and expansion of itsGreen Energy and Renewable Energy businesses. Despitethe difficulties in sourcing high efficiency chips and the slowerthan expected settlement cycle, Data Centres are scaling aggressively tosupport AI workloads, incorporating innovative cooling and power solutionsamid power constraints. The market potential still justifies greater effort inexpanding the business in this arena, provided that cash-rich customers canbe secured. 主席報告CHAIRPERSON’S STATEMENT We prioritize partnerships with state-owned enterprises, central enterprises, and entities under local government oversight. However, due to prolongedcapital turnover periods among these customers, we have strategically scaledback operations in this sector, resulting in a decline in Smart City Sol
