The Group achieved such a dominantposition in the pledged vehicle monitoring service market andoutcompeted the Group’s peers primarily through (i) the years ofoperation history; (ii) the nationwide presence with operation in over500 cities across 31 provinces in China; and (iii) the VFS system thatcollects, processes and analyzes data from pledged vehicles and theGroup’s continuous improvement of the VFS system to meet evolvingmarket demands.
