These unaudited condensed interimfinancial statements have been reviewed by members of the auditcommittee of the Company. 業績回顧 REVIEW OF RESULTS MANAGEMENT D I SCUSSION A N D A N A L Y SIS管理層討論與分析 384,121,000318,899,000 For the six months ended 30 June 2025, the Group reported a drop inrevenue from HK$384,121,000 in 2024 to HK$318,899,000 in 2025because the Group terminated some non-performing businesses duringthe Current Period together with some of the Group’s existing securitybusinesses dropped because of geopolitical instability of certaincountries. Owing to the continuous non-performance of the healthcarebusiness, this business segment went into voluntary liquidation in April2025 and its business operation ceased at the same time. During theCurrent Period, the Group’s overall operating performance was slightlydeteriorated when compared with the same period of the 2024. Total revenue of HK$237,969,000 (30 June2024: HK$250,200,000) was generated during the first half of 2025,representing approximately 75% (30 June 2024: approximately 65%)of the Group’s revenue. Its net profit after net off of amortisation ofother intangible assets for the Current Period was HK$20,917,000(30 June 2024: profit of HK$42,221,000) representing a decrease ofapproximately 50%.
