The Group’s loss forthe Period attributable to owners of the Company was approximately HK$15.3million (2024: approximately HK$272.9 million). The total comprehensiveloss of the Group for the Period was approximately HK$17.9 million (2024:approximately HK$506.9 million), which was mainly due to the decrease inrevenue during the Period. The basic loss per share for the Period was 5.51 HKcents (2024: restated as 224.75 HK cents). Business Review 本集團繼續於香港從事其核心業務,主要活動包括物業投資及證券投資。 The Group’s core business continues to be in Hong Kong. The principalactivities include property investment and investment in securities. Property Investment 於二零二五年六月三十日,投資物業組合包括位於香港賬面值約港幣768,300,000元(二零二 四 年 十 二 月 三 十 一 日:約 港 幣768,300,000元)之商業單位。於本期間,本集團錄得租金收入約港幣5,500,000元(二零二四年:約港幣6,700,000元)。管理層將持續檢討投資物業組合,並不時尋求潛在收購及╱或出售機會。 The portfolio of investment properties comprised of commercial units locatedin Hong Kong with a carrying amount of approximately HK$768.3 million as at30 June 2025 (31 December 2024: approximately HK$768.3 million).
