As the core driver ofdigitalization and intelligence, chips are rapidly penetrating variousindustries. The Group has firmly grasped this trend. Through our twomain businesses, Comtech and Ingdan, the Group has deepened ourcapabilities across the entire “chip-device-cloud” industrial chain, andjumpstartedinnovation momentum into the global technologyecosystem. AI (AIGC)AIAIAI The technological breakthroughs of generative AI (AIGC) and therapiddevelopment of the humanoid robot industry have drivenexponential growth in the demand for high-performance computingchips, as well as accelerated upgrading for cloud computing, edgecomputing, and storage architectures. As a core service provider inthe AI computing power supply chain, Comtech actively participatesinthe construction of the global computing power network.Itconducts in-depth cooperation with international original equipmentmanufacturers(OEMs)and local enterprises,providing efficienttechnological and supply chain services for data centers and AIservers.Through self-developed AI technologies,large languagemodels,and industry knowledge bases,Comtech continuouslyenhances its chip solutions, creating higher value for customers. 主席報告書（續）Chairman’s Statement (Continued) Ingdan focuses on the new energy industry, especially in the field oftwo-wheeler battery replacement and re-utilization, and has achievedremarkable results. The Company has built an intelligent managementplatformcovering battery life-cycle,and developed a proprietarysmart battery management system that monitors battery status inreal-time to optimize its performance, significantly improving batteryefficiency. Meanwhile, Ingdan has developed its two-wheeler batterycloud services to capture the RMB100 billion “blue ocean” marketopportunity as a new growth driver the Group, and support therealization of the national “double carbon” goal. AI2024+2025AI——AI Looking ahead, the in-depth integration of AI and the real economywill drive the continuous release of new quality productivity, withdemand for chips expected to remain high.
