Our semiconductor cleaning equipmenthas successfully served over ten wafer fab customers, with multipleequipment deliveries and validations completed, demonstratingconsistent progress in mass production capabilities. The Company hascontinued to enhance its single-wafer cleaning equipment platformsthrough iterative upgrades, establishing differentiated technologicaladvantages while advancing research and development (“R&D”)in critical processes and innovative equipment to further promotedomestic substitution in segments conventionally dominated byforeign suppliers. For Low-Pressure Chemical Vapor Deposition(LPCVD) equipment, the Company has successfully developed multiplemodels for key thin-film deposition processes including LP-SiN, withequipment already delivered to customers. CUBE/QUADRA單片清洗設備，可覆蓋6–12英吋矽晶圓與SiC晶圓應用，具備超薄晶圓的處理能力、業界領先的伯努利傳輸與晶圓邊緣 管 控 技 術。報 告 期 內，本 公 司 多 台 設 備 發貨至功率與SiC等領域客戶，新客戶的樣機合同已轉為正式訂單並完成驗收。截至本年報日期，本設備已服務於8家不同客戶，多台設備完成正式驗收，且已獲得來自客戶驗收設備後的重複訂單，並已成功交付。 CUBE/QUADRA Single Wafer Cleaning Equipment:Applicableto 6-12 inch silicon wafers and SiC wafers, featuring capabilities forhandling ultra-thin wafers, as well as industry-leading Bernoulli transferand wafer edge control technologies. During the reporting period,multiple sets of equipment were shipped to customers in the powerand SiC sectors. Demonstration contracts with new customers havebeen converted into formal orders and have successfully passedacceptance testing. As of the date of this annual report, the equipmenthas served eight different customers, with multiple equipment havingcompleted formal acceptance. Additionally, repeat orders have beenreceived following customer acceptance, and these have already beensuccessfully delivered. OCTOPUS單 片 清
