Among these equipmentorders, one is a set of high-temperature sulfuric acid cleaning (“High-Temperature SPM”) equipment used for advanced semiconductorcleaning process. Some of these orders have been successfullydelivered to customers. For Low-Pressure Chemical Vapor Deposition(“LPCVD”) equipment, which is applied in various key thin-filmdeposition processes for 12-inch semiconductors, obtained 2 neworders, both of which have been successfully delivered to customers.As advanced equipment models continue to secure orders and achievesuccessful deliveries, the Company’s mass production capability isconstantly being accumulated and verified. CUBE/QUADRA單片清洗設備：可覆蓋6–12英 吋 硅 晶 圓 與SiC晶 圓 應 用，具 備 超 薄 晶 圓的處理能力、業界領先的伯努利傳輸與晶圓邊 緣 管 控 技 術。報 告 期 間，本 公 司 獲 得4台CUBE新訂單，包含來自功率器件老客戶的重複訂單。同時，CUBE設備的發貨與驗收也在持續進行。 CUBE/QUADRA Single Wafer Cleaning Equipment:Applicableto 6–12 inch silicon wafers and SiC wafers, featuring capabilities forhandling ultra-thin wafers, as well as industry-leading Bernoulli transferand wafer edge control technologies. During the Reporting Period, theCompany has secured 4 new orders for CUBE equipment, includingrepeat orders from existing customers in the power device sector.Meanwhile, the shipment and acceptance of CUBE equipment havebeen proceeding continuously.
