Inthis white paper we provide a synthesis of the findingsand relevant observations from the interviews. We haveconfirmed that every aspect of how we work will change,requiring a shift in mindsets, skills and behaviors.More specifically, four meta-themes emerged from thefindings that help define critical leadership capabilities:•Clarity: Being clear in all communication.•Connect: Linking people, platforms and performancewith technologies and capabilities.•Curiosity: Success favors those with a growth mindsetand the intrinsic desire to perpetually learn.•Compassion: Recognizing that progress, growth andsuccess depends on understanding people and theirrespective needs.Not surprisingly, leaders must have the confidenceand courage to pursue the kind of change needed bytheir organizations and society, despite often fierceheadwinds.
