Box 1586Gardenia CourtCamana BayGrand Cayman KY1-1100Cayman IslandsHong Kong Branch RegistrarTRICOR INVESTOR SERVICES LIMITED17thFloor, Far East Finance CentreNo. 16 Harcourt RoadHong Kong ACA, CPA 致各股東本人非常榮幸代表美建集團有限公司（「本公司」）董 事（「董 事」）會（「董 事 會」）跟閣 下 分 享 本 公司及其附屬公司（統稱「本集團」）截至二零二五年三月三十一日止年度之業績。在二零二五年財政年度，本集團錄得溢利約69.7百 萬 港 元，較 去 年 的 溢 利 約85.7百 萬 港 元 減 少18.63%。年內收益減少了約32.6百萬港元，對比去年122.0百萬港元減少約26.76%。本集團的財務分部之年內收益和經營業績分別錄得45.1百萬港元和12.4百萬港元。鑑於香港經濟不景氣，本集團在評估和控制客戶的貸款可收回性方面採取了更謹慎的財務監控方法。進入二零二四年，香港經濟持續面臨全球不確定性帶來的挑戰，但也展現出一定的復甦動力。隨著 全 球 疫 情 逐 步 得 到 控 制，香 港 通 過 重 新 恢 復國際聯繫，推動了旅遊業和零售業的復甦，尤其是國際遊客的回流，進一步促進了消費市場的增長。政府實施了一系列刺激消費和促進投資的政策，為本地經濟增長提供支持。然而，儘管出現了積極的跡象，整體經濟復甦仍然 較 為 緩 慢。根 據 香 港 政 府 統 計 處 的 資 料，二零 二 四 年 第 四 季 度 香 港 的 本 地 生 產 總 值 增 速 為2.5%，二零二五年第一季度增速降至2.2%。這反 映 出 香 港 的 經 濟 復 甦 進 程 受 到 全 球 貿 易 疲 軟和本地經濟結構性問題的影響，增速未能達到預期。香港的外貿表現依然疲軟。儘管本地消費市場有所回升，但全球需求依舊低迷，制約了出口產業的復甦能力。尤其是與中國大陸的貿易，香港的主要交易夥伴，受其經濟增長放緩的影響，導致出口需求進一步下降。與此同時，地緣政治緊張局勢以及全球經濟放緩，加劇了香港外貿環境的壓力。 Dear ShareholdersOn behalf of the board (the “Board”) of directors (the “Directors”) ofUpbest Group Limited (the “Company”), I am pleased to present toyou the results of the Company and its subsidiaries (collectively the“Group”) for the year ended 31 March 2025.Financial and Business ReviewDuringthe financial year 2025,the Group recorded a profit ofapproximatelyHK$69.7 million,18.63%decrease when comparedwithapproximately HK$85.7 million in the preceding year.Revenuewasdecreased by approximately HK$32.6 million,around 26.76%decreased when compared with last year of approximately HK$122.0million.Thefinancing segment of our Group has recorded a revenue andoperating results during the year, amounted to approximately HK$45.1million and HK$12.4 million respectively. In view of the downturn of theeconomy in Hong Kong, the Group has implemented a more prudenttreasury control approach in terms of evaluating and controlling ourclients’ loan recoverability.Market ReviewAs Hong Kong moved into 2024, the economy continued to recoverbut still faced significant global challenges. With the global pandemicgraduallyunder control,Hong Kong has resumed internationalconnectivity, leading to a resurgence in tourism and retail, particularlywith the return of international visitors.
