(“Customers Bancorp”) is a bank holding company engaged in banking activities through its wholly ownedsubsidiary, Customers Bank (“the Bank”), collectively referred to as “Customers” herein. Customers Bancorp and its wholly owned subsidiaries, the Bank, and non-bank subsidiaries, serve businesses and residents in BerksCounty and Southeastern Pennsylvania (Bucks, Chester and Philadelphia Counties); New York (Westchester and Suffolk Counties, andManhattan); Hamilton, New Jersey; Boston, Massachusetts; Providence, Rhode Island; Portsmouth, New Hampshire; California(Southern California and the Bay Area); Nevada (Las Vegas and Reno); and nationally for certain loan and deposit products. The Bankhassevenbranches and provides commercial banking products, primarily loans and deposits. In addition, the Bank alsoadministratively supports loan and other financial products, including equipment finance leases, to customers through its limited-purpose offices.
