CHAIRMAN’SSTATEMENT主席報告 LIU ZEMING劉澤銘CHAIRMAN AND EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR Dear Shareholders: On behalf of the Board of Directors, I am pleased to present theannual report of the Group for the year ended 31 December 2024. 回顧 REVIEW In 2024, the global economy continued to face pressure under themultiple challenges of high interest rates, intensified geopolitical risks,and climate change. Nevertheless, relying on its professionaladvantages in the field of hazardous waste treatment and resourcerecycling in gold mines, the Group successfully overcame thechallenges brought about by the intensified industry competition andfluctuations in commodity prices, and steadily promoted thedevelopment of its business. The Group’s annual revenue reachedapproximately RMB233.9 million, representing an increase ofapproximately 116.6% compared with the previous year. The netprofit increased significantly by approximately 242.9% compared withthe previous year, reaching approximately RMB60.0 million, whichfully demonstrates the effectiveness of our business strategies and ourability to adapt to the market. 233.9116.6%242.9%60.0 As the only company in Laizhou City, Shandong Province holding ahazardous waste business license, the Group, with technologicalinnovation and industrial upgrading at its core, has successfullylaunched a new production line, achieved the comprehensiveutilization of hazardous waste from gold mines, and significantlyenhanced the Group’s profitability and market competitiveness.
