(NYSE: NCLH) is aleading global cruise company which operates the NorwegianCruise Line, Oceania Cruises, and Regent Seven Seas Cruisesbrands. With a combined fleet of 33 ships and approximately70,000+ berths, these brands offer itineraries to more than700 destinations worldwide. The Company expects to add 12additional ships across its three brands through 2036, whichwill add approximately 37,000+ berths to its fleet. D E A RF E L L O W S H A R E H O L D E R S, 2024 was a year marked by strategic and transformative milestones for Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd.,surpassing expectations and delivering record financial results. From launching our company-wide Chartingthe Course strategy to announcing an ambitious newbuild program, the construction of our Great StirrupCay pier and successfully executing brand initiatives, we have built a solid foundation for an exciting future.These achievements, driven by the dedication of our more than 41,000 team members both shoreside andshipboard, led to record financial results. This year, we held our Investor Day at the New York Stock Exchange in May, in which we unveiled ourCharting the Course strategy centered around four key pillars—People Excellence, Guest-centric Product,Long-term Growth Platform and Exceptional Performance. These pillars are transforming the company’sculture, targeting investments that guests value, capitalizing on high growth opportunities, and drivingfinancial performance—all underpinned by our Sail & Sustain sustainability program. The strategy lays outspecific financial and sustainability targets we plan to reach by 2026, and with its vision to have our guestsVacation Better | Experience More, it guided our transformational achievements during the year. 2024 has been a year of bold achievements, with all three brands delivering meaningful advancements thatwill set the foundation for years to come. This was my first full year as President and Chief Executive Officerof Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings, and it has been an honor and privilege to lead and work alongside ourdedicated and passionate team members. As we enter 2025, we remain focused on advancing towards our Charting the Course targets through ourdisciplined cost management program and by capitalizing on demand. We also eagerly anticipate thetransformational growth ahead as we welcome two new ships to our fleet, Norwegian Aqua and OceaniaCruises’ Allura, and inaugurate our new pier at Great Stirrup Cay.
