Ms. Chan is also the chairman ofthe investment committee of the Company. She also acts as a directorof certain subsidiaries of the Company. Ms. Chan had joined the thenassociate of the Group (the Company together with its subsidiaries,collectively the “Group”) from 2002 to 2005 and participated in itscosmetics business, including Two Girls products. Since 2016, she hasbeen appointed as the director of trustee of The Joseph Lau Luen HungCharitable Trust; she has also been appointed as Conservation Advocateof the Ocean Park Conservation Foundation Hong Kong (OPCFHK) since2022. She also possessed of more than 3.5 years’ work experiencein media field in Hong Kong and gained experience in properties andsecurities investments through her investments. Ms. Chan is the elder sisterofMs. Chan, Lok-wan, the step-mother ofMr. Lau, Ming-wai and the sister-in-law ofMs. Amy Lau, Yuk-wai. As at the date of this annual report, Ms.Chan is a director of certain substantial shareholders of the Company withinthe meaning of Part XV of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter571 of the laws of Hong Kong). 40 Ms. CHAN, Lok-wan, aged 40, joined the Group in 2008 and hasbeen appointed as an Executive Director of the Company since 2015.She is the Manager of Sales and Leasing Department. Ms. Chan is also amember of the investment committee of the Company and acts as thechief investment officer. She also acts as a director of certain subsidiariesof the Company. Ms. Chan holds a Bachelor Degree of Science in Businessand Management (Marketing) from Brunel University London and a MasterDegree of Science in Communication, Information and Society from TheLondon School of Economics and Political Science. She is responsible forthe Group’s marketing affairs, overseeing the Group’s cosmetics business,including Two Girls products, and participated in the Group’s properties’sales and leasing businesses. Ms. Chan has over 16 years of experience insales and marketing. She is the younger sister ofMs. Chan, Hoi-wan andthe aunt ofMr. Lau, Ming-wai.
