Ms. Chan is also the chairman ofthe investment committee of the Company. She also acts as a directorof certain subsidiaries of the Company. Ms. Chan had joined the thenassociate of the Group (the Company together with its subsidiaries,collectively the “Group”) from 2002 to 2005 and participated in itscosmetics business, including Two Girls products. She also possessed ofmore than 3.5 years’ work experience in media field in Hong Kong andgained experience in properties and securities investments through herinvestments. Ms. Chan is the elder sister ofMs. Chan, Lok-wan, the step-mother ofMr. Lau, Ming-wai and the sister-in-law ofMs. Amy Lau, Yuk-wai. As at the date of this annual report, Ms. Chan is a director of certainsubstantial shareholders of the Company within the meaning of Part XV ofthe Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571 of the laws of HongKong). Ms. CHAN, Lok-wan, aged 39, joined the Group in 2008 and has beenappointed as an Executive Director of the Company since 2015. She is theManager of Sales and Leasing Department. Ms. Chan is also a memberof the investment committee of the Company and acts as the chiefinvestment officer. She also acts as a director of certain subsidiaries of theCompany. Ms. Chan holds a Bachelor Degree of Science in Business andManagement (Marketing) from Brunel University London and a MasterDegree of Science in Communication, Information and Society from TheLondon School of Economics and Political Science.
